Hi there! Am JP new to the forum!
So, long story short; sat down in a restaurant and ordered something called andouillette. After negotiation with the waiter for 5 minutes (French waiter warniming of what I had just ordered) I mange to get the order through.
This thing is delicious... is like Argentinean chinchulin but with some level of refinement.
Am trying to make a home Mande version of it but there very little out there...
can't seem to find a recipe...
