Decided to smoke on my treagar today. I do got to say I do prefer cooking SV the most.

I like to combine SV with smoke. Last brisket I make was for a company picnic. I didn't have time to babysit it for 12 hours in the smoker, so I SV'd it for 36 and finished off in for 3 in the smoker.
