Soy lecithin oil

Hey, I'm trying to find the Soy lecithin oil in the UK, but not having much luck. Can I use soy lecithin powder instead somehow? Would it be a straight substitute or would I have to process it somehow?
Disclaimer: I've not yet watched all the videos or read all the lesson plans - just getting ingredients atm. So please tell me if this has already been covered somewhere. Thanks!

I'm in London and I couldn't find the liquid lecithin either. Then I realised that

you could buy it through Amazon.co.uk and also at MSK ingredients (http://msk-ingredients.com/)

liquid lecithin is really what you want. The de-oiled (powdered) lecithin will function different. My recollection fro living in the UK was that this could be found in health supplement stores.
