About a year after I adopted my Joule, I made the leap and became vegan. It's something I've wanted to do for years and it's been the best decision I've ever made on many levels.
That being said, I miss using my joule. So far my only use has been incubating non-dairy yogurt.
How can I go about suggesting that the group start to experiment? Sous vide melt-able non dairy cheese (which, btw, uses a ton of molecular gastronomy techniques), sous vide seitan, sous vide tofu recipes??!?!
I think it would be amazing if the geniuses behind Chefsteps could team up with Chef Skye (The gentle chef). I believe they would make tremendous recipes.
How do I let them know this?!?! I doubt they read these forums.
