Trip tip (poached in Bordelaise) served under brown butter roasted hazelnuts, crimini shrooms, and small diced roasted potatoes. Essentially a neat way to serve a stew. Served with Pommes puree Little too much bordelaise on the bottom layer of steak. Made it's way into the truffled sauce.
