Strawberry angostura sorbet

Normally do this w/ amaretto and tried (finally) the original CS recipe. The bitters brings through a nice herbal note (think basil) and carries through a counterpoint quite nicely.

I make the recipie all the time and made a modfies version inspired for this for popsicles with my ice cream business.. the look on peoples faces are always the same - wide eyed, shocked delight! They cant believe that it's like a moutful of strawberries rather than the highly diluted sttawberry flavours the typically get with ice cream or posicles. Try sub strawberries and angoustara for peaches and malic acid or blueberries and cinnamon.
