Hi there
the first dish is an evolution of algae to coastal herbs to terrestrial herbs hidden under edible paper (from black to white)
Next is a fake rock made of black beans, a broth of algae, and I don't remember the name of the leaves at the top but they were sour
Next is duck hard and breast CV low temp under picked plum leaves and calafate sirup
Then BBQ lab Patagonian style, crispy vine leave and this sour PAtagonian berry that looks like a mini apple (can't remember the name either
Last is a dish called "ice brulée". A bowl with different textures of ice cream and custard, toped with a thin layer of black ice, and a tartelette with custard, rose petals and green leaves from Atacama Desert which were surprisingly salty....

Sounds like fun for the palate! I noticed a couple of ingredients that looked familiar from watching the various chef/travel shows and was curious about the menu.... thanks for sharing the info!
