Duck breast with salsify tagliatelle, truffled oca, pork dumplings (sort-of-had left over pasta end so stuffed'm with 5 sp pork and veg) and pickled cucumbers. For desert, strawberry sorbet with lemon marscapone (CS recipe) and sourdough shortcake (sort of-left over sour dough broken and vacuumed with a walnut oil lemon mixture, then dehydrated).
Practice for summer.....it is coming right...?
