Dear guys,
My name is Lee, im trying to make Puffed Pillow Cracker (i am following the recipe of Chef Grant Achatz in Alinea cookbook).
But the result as you see here is fail, my pillow cracker they did not puff nicely and formly like these one. So do anyone here have any ideas or suggestion for me to make these pillow cracker nicely.
