Been a member for a while and totally enjoy my Joule.

My question is - I am going to be in Seattle in September for my birthday - am I allowed to get a tour or is that generally discouraged...

There test kitchen is right there in Pike Place, they have a showroom you can walk into. However They are closed on the weekends so make sure you go during the week.
