Masa/corn pasta (pasta that tastes like corn tortillas-masa from
Masienda) . Used corn stock (instead of water) with egg to make the pasta which seemed to add a nice tortilla -like flavor. Topped with carnitas, pickled onions, lime zest and cojita. served w/ a Guac puree.
