I have never seen an onion plated like that before. Very cool! I am assuming you skewered a large onion, cut into a thick steak and then cut out the wedge and grilled one side? What are the purple and yellow items (its funny, they kind of look like water colour paintings in a photograph)?

Kinda does look like water colors, those are a yellow and purple potato that I Grilled. The onion all I did was cut into that shape, place down onto a hot flat top grill. Carefully removed it and plated it.
