Absolutely love mine Joule. However, it stopped working for me and had a critical error that would not allowed to be used.
Thankfully, Nell, in customer support could not have been nicer to deal with. She immediately rushed a new unit out to me and also issued a refund for the entire purchase price! I could not believe it and was absolutely blown away at how great the customer service was. Chef Steps has a customer for life !!
