sodium hexametaphosphate safe to consume?

Hi All

I would love so accurate cold heart facts on sodium hexametaphosphate. I have read its very dangerous to consume but modularity safe in small volumes. I am working on a cheese sauce for my restaurant and want to make sure before investing time
