Well congrats UK, roughly 1.5 years after first announcement / forum questions its available for you, unfortunately the rest of Europe have to wait still. Quote on amazon question; "Sadly, we do not recommend using the UK version of Joule outside of the UK as it will not be covered under our warranty. That being said, we have really exciting news coming very soon and we can’t wait to be able to share it with you! Please stay tuned and thank you so much for your patience!" Hoping "very soon" isn't another long wait!!

I have it on good authority, that the UK model's warranty will be honored in the EU.

The main voltage in the UK is 230V / 50Hz, indicating with a socket/plug adapter it can be used Europe (EU) wide.

I have a sous-vide supreme demi send from the UK some years back with build in German (Schuko) plug. Works fine ever since.

You just need an adapter for the Joule as you will use in any European Hotel for the time being.

Since the UK is still member of the EU, I wonder if the maunal is written in all EU languages as requested.

Hey Nell, any particular reason you didn't email people who had registered for international launch information via the registration page you set up for exactly this exact purpose? Missing the launch discount after waiting two whole years but expecting to be contacted leaves a pretty sour taste.
