Denver cut

Hey guys, I'm new here and just got my Joule few days ago (live in UK).

I have some steaks - Denver cut, and was wondering what is the best way to cook them with my Joule. Been wanting to make tacos tonight but i'm not sure how long and at what temperature I should cook this specific cut for.

Any ideas?

Everything that i can find is tat it like a standard steak. It supposedly is a relatively tender cut. For the temperature, you need to determine that. What doneness are you looking for? For how long, how thick is the cut?

Yeah that's pretty much what i found out too. It seems to be similar to a flat iron steak.

Looking to do it medium. And its about 1.5 inches i'd say. But if its similar to a standard steak then i can find the right setting in joule then...

No problem. I'd go 58 °C/ 136 °F for medium and then probably an hour and a half for the thickness.
