Chefsteps replacement?

Hey guys! This is my first time stopping by in months. I've been swamped lately, but want to get back into cooking, and I'm feeling like I need some inspiration. I've been going through old Chefsteps videos, but I mean, the last Youtube video was more than 8 months ago, and over 2 years since the last "cheffy" video/content. Thinkin it's time to move on!

I'm lookin for like a go-to place with relatively frequent uploads for inspiration and new ideas. Any sites/communities in particular I should check out?

Have you checked out sous vide everything on youtube? He's one of my favorites. I actually started watching him for his grilling videos on another channel.

John, I'm just curious. You and Todd seem to have some insider lines of communication with the CS team, which is great! Do you guys work for them, or just are friendly with them?

As much as I'd love to work for them, I'm just an avid supporter. But I did stay at a holiday Inn Express. :-)

I've always been a big fan of Cooks Illustrated - they recently have embrace SousVide in a larger way.

It's not the same, but I quite like Sorted Foods. They are funny, prolific and there's some inapiration to be had. British group of friends hobby project gone professional. Lots of videos on YouTube and more if you sign up as a member.
