Fresh? locally caught Haddock and spuds from my garden. Homemade Tartar sauce with Dill Pollen from the garden as well and finished wiyh my first ever batch of homemade Sea Salt.
Pie made using Kenji's America's Test Kitchen Crust and both wild and highbush blueberries, also from the backyard, and a little Cardamon. Topped with a Lemon Chantilly Cream.
