Why are the cooking times different between the Visual Doneness Guide and the Just Time & Temp? For a frozen pork tenderloin cooked at 136 degrees the VDG sets the cook time at 2 hours and 15 minutes. For a frozen pork tenderloin cooked at 136 degrees the JTT sets the cook time at 1-4 hours depending on the thickness. The VDG doesn't ask about the thickness which you would ordinarily expect. This is a little confusing.
