Thank you very Much! I season the short ribs with Garlic powder, pepper and a Korean BBQ rub. Sear them off, bag them up with a few splashes of beer and BBQ sauce and cook at 167 degrees for 24 hours. Once done that sauce in the bag is dynamite!! Of course the Short ribs are as well!
