Pickling (Bread and Butter Pickles, Spicy Dilly Beans, Dill Carrots and Garlicky Dill Pickles); Basil Pesto... all herbs and veggies from my garden. Also made some Bluberry and Sumac Jam with the last of the Blueberries outback and picked some gorgeous Chanterelles that I sauteed with butter and thyme and served alongside a Korean Spiced Pork Burger with homemade Spicy Kimchi.
