Had a little birthday dinner (two actually). 72 day dry-aged Prime rib cooked using reverse sear, CS Ultimate Chocolate Cake with a Galaxy Mirror zglaze that my niece helped me bake. Then Coke brined Fried Chicken with Honey Brown Butter amd CS amazing Cornbread and Onion rings.
