Steak All Day?

Hi! My name is Marcus. I just received my Joule. Can I start a steak with the Joule in the morning and come back 9 hours later to then sear the steak?

You'll have steak flavored mush. You can do that, but it's not recommended.

Depends on the cut of he steak. Chuck Steak would do well. Rib-Eye (about an inch) would not. Knowing the cut would be helpful. You can easily cook in advance and retherm (re-heat) the day of (about 30min for thinner steaks) while you make some of your sides.
