I have a Joule in my kitchen. So, I want to cook a Strip Steak semi whole. I did research here and other places but I haven't seen anything to guide on this particular procedure. I got the strip whole, cut into 3rds, so each one is about 5 inches thick, set the temp at 125*F and let it go for 15 hours. The loin is a perfect rare and can be divided into steaks. Has anyone had any experience with this?
