Black Friday Sale?

Anyone anticipating a black friday sale this year? I am looking to buy the joule and was probably going to buy a used one, just because of the price point. However my plan right now is to just wait and see if there are any deals on new ones, which is my preference.

Did they do a black friday/cyber monday sale last year? Anyone hear anything recently about a sale this year?

No. ChefSteps didn't offer a black Friday deal last year. I cannot speak for cyber Monday, but there probably would be advertising by now. A third party vendor may offer something, but you'll need to look into that on your own.
