Hi, my name is Lori, I want to make the whipped jello I saw Grant make tonight on TV. Can't find a recipe or directions. Please help.

Didn't see the episode, but it is quite common to put a liquid with gelatin into a whipper and charge it to create a stable foam. Maybe search for gelatin foams?

watched the episode last evening. It's essentially an italian meringue (which makes it very stable) with added gelatin during the last couple minutes of whipping.

I haven't experimented yet, but it looks like boxed Jello whipped, nothing else. I am only guessing that additional geatin was added to get that firm texture.

Basics, 1:1 water and Jello by weight, stir to dissolve and while heating to 107°F, then whip. It was suggested to use three large boxes to get the volume. Received this from the source.
