Got the braise started. I do a Seafood Chowder and a Chilli every year to bring to a family potluck.
Grass Fed Beef Shanks, Short Ribs, Brisket and Ground Chuck plus Pork Shoulder. Dried Allepo, Californian, Mexican and Peruvian Amarillo Chillies plus a heat-less Haberno I grew from seeds from Row 7 Seeds, Charred Plabanos and Jalapenos. Onions, Powdered Black and Roasted Garlic as well as Fresh, Charred San Marazons I cannes from my Garden, Homemade Beef Stock and will add Dark Red Kidney Beans later.
Also includes some espresso, Pilsner and dark chocolate.
