Cooking Time
Peter_Boyle_902341
I am cooking a full tenderloin for the first time. I see receipt/settings for centercut, but not full. I will cut into a couple pieces, but I am worried about cooking time. Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations?

The main difference will be that the tip of the tenderloin is thinner than the center portion, so it will cook faster. However, steak is very flexible as to how long it can be held at the desired cooking temperature before it starts to get too mushy. So I would set the time based on the thickest part of the loin, whatever is specified in the Joule App. A good rule of thumb is 1 hour per inch of thickness.

You may cook it on
Ceramic Cookware
with slow heating. Please use a lid with it for making it perfectly cooked. The time it takes based on the quantity of the ingredients.
