After gosh knows how long on my Wishlist, I got my joule for my birthday. I wanted it because I like to play with my food. I've been using a pressure cooker for decades, have two grills in the back yard, have a set up in an extra bedroom for fermenting veggies, use my insta pot almost daily, and and now I want to know more about Sous Vide.
