Hello, Does any body know how to cook a 0.9lb flank steak? my Sous Vide app says 45 min At 140 F degrees. Sous Vide website seems to say 24 hours at 132 degrees. Help.

Weight is less important than thickness. How thick is it? Then, how do you want it cooked? Then...what texture are you looking for? I generally get flank steak that is 1/2 inch thick or less. I like a traditional texture, and prefer flank in the medium rare to medium range. I would go with your sous vide app....45 min at 140 F.
