Lost 8 lbs of corned beef for St. Paddy's

Twice during cook - and overnight - the Joule turned off. Only to wake up to a 75 degree cook water. Everything is spoiled and has to be thrown out.

I am extremely disappointed and perplexed.

Did you get an error / notification of some sort?

Did you lose power or have a surge?

Power outage or if the top part of your Joule was not exposed to enable proper cooling, or low water level are the only reasons I know that would cause your Joules to shut off.
