Reheating previously Sous Vide Pork Chops

Hi all, I am a relatively new Joule user/enthusiast. I've recently made the basic pork chops and would appreciate input on reheating these chops via sous vide. Thanks for your advice!

Simple. Just heat the water bath to your cook temp, or a degree below, and place the bag in the bath. It will take about as long as your initial cook to re-therm. Don't leave them there for hours, as the texture will begin to change.
