No bleed pickeled beets

Does anybody know of a sure fire way to pickle beets without them bleeding. I am trying to dish and want to pickle beets but I cant have them bleeding onto the plate or masking colors of other beets when pickling. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have but I would alos really like to include stripped beets on my plate and I am wanting to preserve the striping in the beet for the visual. Thants my main concern
