I am a first time user and have just done “the ultimate poached eggs” they turned out as described, great”. Not sure if I did things right, I followed the instruction, but ‘am uncertain about the time and notifications. Will “hitting start” set a built-in timer or do I have to set a timer my self? Also, when finished will I get notification to turn it off and remove the food, will it shut off automatically and alert me to remove the food? Pretty basic questions and perhaps I missed reading about this. Vic
