A birthday dinner of Smoked 8 week dry-aged Prime Rib, corn on the cob, rotates potatoes, charred carrots with honey and fennel , beats, and garlic sit beans. everything but the beef and the soy sauce is from my garden and hives.

Followed by an enjoyable late summer evening cruise
