It’s great that you took time to figure things out and it’s great that you’re back with updates to the site. However, I have to say that I’m pretty disappointed with the way you’re rolling this out. The site was intriguing before offering up cool recipes, classes and tips. I purchased premium partly because of the premium recipes and partly because of the video classes. Then after the purchase, I waited for more resources to become available as promised but it never happened. Basically, I paid $39 for 1 recipe and a couple of videos with the promise that more would be released.
Now, you want me to trust you and pay $69/yr for new content when the promise for Premium was access to current “and future” content. Why would anyone trust you that there will be new content? No, free year for those that stuck with you? No incentive to try you again? Subscriptions are nice and all but I’m not sure of the benefit here to spend another $69 for a handful of new items today and no guarantee that you'll be around tomorrow.
