I bought Joule when she was just a twinkle in the eyes of ChefSteps. Waited a year for her to arrive and I’ve never regretted it. I got my Premium membership with the Joule and I’ve used the heck out of it. I was really sad to see the trouble the ChefSteps guys were having and I had mixed feelings about the Breville deal but it see it will be a good thing. It’s a shame that Chris Young won’t be with the gang but I’m sure everyone will be fine.

That offer is spit in the face for premium members. You made premium where most classes was old paid classes which many of us bought erlier. Then you forgot about premium users for 2 years and made content almost only for Jule and now you translate "lifetime" as until we think something new.

This shouldn't expire (have expired). Seems like the minumum you should just do for all premium members if they choose to sign up (again) would be to give them a little one time discount. I'm not in a place to do it right now but I likely would have later but now, nope.. Chefsteps burned me too many times with the LONG joule delays, the near abandonment of the Premium members and then this minimal token gesture.
