Premium subscribers get a discount on Studio Pass

I just started to sign up for Studio Pass, and it appears that Premium subscribers actually get a $39 discount. So my final cost is $30.

I joined the new Studio Pass night before last for $69. Then yesterday I got the email that for a premium member (me) it’s only $39. I can’t find any customer service contact that would help me straighten this out so I can have the extra $30 refunded to my account.
