As a small business owner myself I know there are many twists and turns as a company develops and gains success.
My best mate is a top chef in Vancouver, BC and put me onto Sous Vide. My brother was a top chef in the UK and called it boil in the bag. I bought a Joule and impressed my brother with a wonderful steak.
Grant, I love your drive and enthusiasm. I watched many of the videos over and over because I really liked them. I bought Joule and tried Premium because of that. There are other ways to cook food and I totally understand you want to explore that. But, I want to know Joule is still going to work, because it relies on your app alone to function. Long term, is Joule operating guaranteed from a software standpoint?
I want to buy one for my daughter but am now thinking twice because of that uncertainty.
