In the past a lot of ChefSteps content has been scattered all over the place, and not uniformly searchable. My favorite example is Grant's excellent chicken wings recipe. To learn it, I had to watch a video on Facebook (ick) and write things down, like an animal. To this day, if you search for wings on ChefSteps.com, an inferior recipe is the result.
What I am saying is, please make all of the new and old content accessible via Premium or Pass or some mechanism that makes it discoverable and searchable.
I bet there is a lot of great orphaned content out there, like the wings recipe.
