Hi,
I have learned how to make clear gummy bears. My next step is to make them a creamy color. Like the white part of the fried gummy egg you can purchase. Some people say to use a condense milk. Others use a clear sucrose gelatin solution and whisk it.
I have been looking online for food coloring to give the gelatin/sucrose solution a creamy colour rather than clear color.
Is there anyone here who would have an idea how to make the solution a creamy colour ? or is able to point me in the right direction ?
