Hi Guys,
I am experimenting with making a store bought gummy bear recipe. I have an idea how to cook and mix the main ingredients. Usually when making gummies there is a pectin method, a gelatin method , an agar method and a starch method.
Most companies like the gelatin method. However i am a little stumped when reading the ingredients to this one gummy bear ingredients list. They use gelatin and pectin. I am going to have a go at it. Anyone have any ideas or had any experience with this ?
