What cut was it made from and how thick is it?

Porchetta is a rolled pork belly. Not sure of the diameter as it has not been delivered yet.

Porchetta is traditionally made from pork belly, but you'll find it quite commonly made from other cuts. That's why I asked. Once you get it delivered, confirm it is pork belly, and the diameter.

I realize you porchetta is already constructed,
but this is delicious
...and it might give you some insight into cooking (if you are going sous vide).
