Hi all, My name is Stacy,

I have been wanting to venture into immersion cooking for years now. The Joule under the tree was pretty exciting. I have been experimenting for a few weeks now and am pretty happy!

I particularly love the spatchcocked chicken results. Salmon not so much. Pork sirloin roast was stellar. Can't wait to continue the experiments!
