Sorry if this is not the appropriate place for this but these would make a fantastic Midnight Snack! My husband and I went to Tavern Law recently (twice) and were talked into these cracklins. They were described like vegan pork rinds and are made from corn and tapioca. Not sure if they were deep fried, they were very cagey (understandably) about giving any info. They tasted a bit like white cheddar popcorn and maybe even had a powder coating. They were a little bit spicy but not overly so. The dipping sauce was described as a white cheddar serrano pepper fondue dip.

It was also pleasantly, mildly spicy. Can you point me in the right direction to try these? I am obsessed! Thanks!
