Just read a post from someone who said they had gotten up and checked their Joule after setting it to cook all night, and found meat sitting in half inch of water. Same thing happened to me. No leaks, meat seems to have cooked ok although was not supposed to be done until 11:30 this morning. What happened?? Should I have put lid on pot? Real mystery!
