I have a Musso. Italian. Had it for about 8 years. Makes very good ice cream but limited to about 700ml each time. Plenty for me and guests.

unfortunately I don't personally have much experience mostly complaints about the cuisiniart stalling when its not even at capacity or it not scraping the ice cream along the side of the bowl while churning all I can say is I've personally been using one from Vanrooy the Bravo Mixcream Cream Cooker its been serving me well for about 3.5 years with only very minor issues mainly cause I didn't know how to operate it at first honestly its a bit pricey but I would genuinely recommend it

Not 100% about that module Lucas but I purchased this great Carpigiani Ice Cream Machine a few years back to serve soft serve ice cream machine in my store a few years ago and I couldn't recommend it more. High output and low maintenance

- It's served me well over the years.

I make a lot of ice cream and have both and ICE-100 and and ICE-30BC. I have only used the ICE-100 a couple of times and don't like it too much. The dasher starts to skip out of the machine in the later stages of the churning, making it difficult to mix in certain things and let it churn longer. The ICE-30BC, while not compressor model creates fantastic ice cream that is scoopable, creamy and has zero ice crystals. I have yet been to a restaurant in my town that makes ice cream even remotely comparable to the stuff I make at home.

I have used the Breville and Whynter Ice cream makers - they are countertop models with built in compressors similiar to the Cuisinart. I have since upgraded to an Emery Thompson batch freezer (a commercial model) for my ice cream business.

If dry ice is readily available and inexpensive where you are, it is a great option, but sadly dry ice is very expensive where I am located. They are a unitasker that take up a fair amount of space but if you are making small batch ice cream more than a couple times a year I am a big fan of these units.

Not familiar with this model. I have used machines similar to Cuisinart® Ice Cream maker ice-21. You'll get decent results, but it's a unitasker, so unless you're cranking out a bunch of ice cream, not too worthwhile, in my book. When i make ice cream, i just use my stand mixer and add crushed dry ice, always with good results. Good luck!
