OMG I bought a Joule 2 or 3 maybe even 4 years ago. I have never used it.

Now with the virus it seems I have time.

I bought a cooked spiral ham and it's still inside the plastic it came in.I'm hoping you can help me properly heat it up and put a really good sauce on it.

57.5C is my preferred temp, time will depend on thickness. Using the app should provide some guidance, but if you have more questions, many here will be glad to answer.
