@Samuel Instead of going out, my girlfriend and I made some of the chefsteps poutine for my birthday. Then we used the leftover gravy and frozen fries for her birthday the next week. The sour cream/salt/MSG mixture was such a good addition.

@Henri Oh I have no doubt the chefsteps poutine is delicious, but for me it's all about 3am drunken poutine at La Banquise.
