Lemon macarons

Hey, i wanted to try making some macarons, and i did a terrible mistake by asking my fiance which flavor she would rather before checking which recipes i have on chefsteps...

So she chose lemon. And i couldn't find any good looking lemon filling recipe. Does any one have anything maybe?

you could try their "rainbow chip frosting" recipe, it has orange, lemon, and lime zest in it. You could just use only lemon. I'd dye the cookies yellow and maybe add some zest to those too, but if the filling is strong enough it probably wouldn't be necessary. I'm hungry for lemon macaron now lol
